mkcert 对于我们想在本地 127.0.0.1 测试 https 来说很方便

直接下载 amd64.exe 然后运行 install 就行
这个时候 edge 和 chrome 的支持都没有问题
Firefox 要手动打开 about:config
然后把 security.enterprise_roots.enabled 改为 true
这样访问 https://127.0.0.1 的时候 Firefox 就不会提示风险了
因为 FireFox 默认使用 Mozilla 根证书库而非 Windows 证书存储
