It looks like your account is compromised and changes have been done to the user accounts. please do confirm.
IF ITS COMPROMISED- WE WILL NEED A COMPLETE NEW ADMIN ACCOUNT TO BE CREATED – IT SHOULD BE DIFFERENT , NOT MATCHING TO EXISTING ACCOUNT.
In order for Support to help with admin creation please note that we require additional details as follows:
1. MOS SR has to be submitted using the cloud account associated CSI (Mandatory)
2. Have a Director or VP support this change from your end (Mandatory) – if its a paid account
3. Provide Authorization Email From tenancy admin .
4. Requester (you) to have a valid email address containing the company @domain.
SEND THE BELOW FILLED IN TEMPLATE FROM THE NEW ADMIN EMAIL TO THE TENANCY ADMIN AND ASK THE TENANCY ADMIN TO APPROVE . ATTACH THAT EMAIL CONVERSATION IN THE SR AS A PDF
