方法一：设置终端代理
export https_proxy=http://127.0.0.1:7890 http_proxy=http://127.0.0.1:7890 all_proxy=socks5://127.0.0.1:7890
方法二：设置 daemon.json
按照官方文档 Configure the daemon to use a proxy 修改 ~/.docker/daemon.json。
以上方法都不生效。
