If your ticket is merged or titled anything else other than “Dedicated Server Migration” it’s up to you but it might work to your benefit to close it and create a new one in the priority department titled as such.

They’re vastly more popular than other requests. I don’t know if yours is a Tokyo request but if it is then please understand there are hundreds of requests we’re trying to catch up with in Tokyo.
