According to a Facebook post shared by Anberlin’s mom, Sara Brown, on Wednesday, Nov. 4, the teen left their house for a walk at about 3:30 p.m. on Nov. 3.

She was seen on camera visiting the Dollar General store in Lake Station about three hours later. There, she “bought some items” before leaving the store on foot, her mother said.

Anberlin left home without her phone or computer, Sara added in her social media post.

She continued of Anberlin, “We just want her home safe! We only care about her getting home safely to us! Please help that happen.”

The LSPD is working with the Winfield Police Department (WPD) in the search for the missing teen.
