VPS CPU usage
A VPS must not use more than 50% of the allocated cores for more than 1 hour. E.g. if the client’s VPS has 3 cores, they must not use more than 150% CPU for more than 1 hour at a time. There must be a break of at least 2 hours in between the 1 hour period. If the CPU usage is disruptive then we reserve the right to shutdown or suspend the VPS.
VPS 的 CPU 使用率
一个 VPS 在超过 1 小时内不得使用超过 50% 的分配核心。例如：如果客户的 VPS 有 3 个核心，他们每次使用超过 150% 的 CPU 的时间不能超过 1 小时。在这 1 小时之间必须有至少 2 小时的休息时间。如果 CPU 的使用是破坏性的，那么我们保留关闭或暂停 VPS 的权利。
综上，长期的话只能保持在 50% 以下一般不会 50% 不至于停机。。
常年 90% 就不一定了
