(已解决)dedipath带宽不足100Mbps客服的话我不明白

刚刚买的 dedipath kvm 10 刀年付的机器，标的是 1Gbps , 但是我用 yabs 脚本测速时带宽不到 100M，我提交了工单，客户给我的话我看不明白，有没有懂英文的 Mjj 忙我翻译一下：

你不换 美国境内链接也差，这就没法用吧。。。很多人说不要上车，非要硬着头皮上
