I contacted with my current register.But they said i need contact the reseller . I contacted the reseller of 55hl.com. But he Rejected my request .He said i need pay 50 CNY to get the transfer code. I told him the rule of ICANN .It’s Violation the rule. But he Rejected contact with me from that day.I need ICANN’S help . ICANN please Punish profiteers. Thank you.
