Juno Temple is married!

While promoting season 4 of Ted Lasso on the Tuesday, Aug. 4, episode of Virgin Radio UK’s TFI Unplugged podcast, the 37-year-old actress, who plays Keeley Jones in the comedy series, confirmed that she married Michal Szymanski.

“I got married,” Temple shared, which caused her costars Jason Sudeikis, Hannah Waddingham and Brendan Hunt beside her to erupt in applause.

Temple kept her wedding details under wraps, but did reveal that the ceremony happened “in the last two years,” meaning that she and Szymanski quietly tied the knot in the three-year gap between seasons 3 and 4 of Ted Lasso.

The Killer Joe star noted that she and her now-husband “met on season 2” of the hit Apple TV show in 2021. At the time, Szymanski was a driver for Waddingham, so Temple asked for her permission to pursue a relationship with him.

“She said, ‘Can I ask him on a date?’ I was like, ‘Yes, you can. He’s gorgeous,’ ” Waddingham, 52, recalled.

“He was driving Hannah. They had a secret code where I could go meet them and accidentally Hannah’s appointments would run over,” Temple explained while laughing.

Waddingham gave her full stamp of approval on the marriage.

“They are the greatest oxygen to each other,” the actress and singer gushed. “Beautiful, beautiful.”

Temple and Szymanski recently “bought a house,” though Temple did not reveal where.

The couple have kept details of their relationship private. They started making public appearances in 2022, and have attended a number of red carpets side by side since then.

Representatives for Temple did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

Ted Lasso season 4 premieres Wednesday, Aug. 5, on Apple TV. New episodes will air weekly through Wednesday, Oct. 7.
