Kylie Jenner wants to go under the knife again.

During an appearance on her friends Anastasia “Stassie” Karanikolaou and Victoria Villarroel’s podcast, Better Half with Stas & Vic, on Wednesday, Aug. 26, Jenner, 29, shared that she wants another boob job. 

“I do want them bigger,” the Kylie Cosmetics founder said. “I say it every day. I’m like, ‘They need to be bigger and more out there. I want my tits to walk in before I do.’ … Love tits.”

Influencer Karanikolaou, 29, noted that Jenner has “an obsession with big tits” and that she has been saying she wants to go bigger “for the past year.” Villarroel, 34, added, “We’re not shocked by this statement.”

Karanikolaou and Villarroel then asked Jenner if she would follow up on her promise to get another boob job before she turns 30, to which the mom-of-two said, “Probably not.”

Jenner turns 30 next August. 

However, one thing Jenner said she is hoping to get done before she turns 30 is a belly button piercing, and she wants to have “diamonds dripping from my belly button.”

“Just to experience it,” added Jenner, with Karanikolaou saying that she was going to take Jenner for the procedure.

“I think you would like it too, because you like low-rise things, like your little waist. I think you’re going to look sexy with one,’ Villarroel told Jenner.

Jenner’s cosmetic surgery quotes come after she revealed her exact order to her cosmetic surgeon to achieve the look she wanted for her breasts in June 2025. 

The Kardashians star responded to a fan on TikTok who asked her what she requested when she had her “boobs done.”

The fan, Rachel Leary, addressed Jenner in her TikTok video captioned, “help a girl out @KylieJenner 🥺 i just want to know how to get them to sit like that, respectfully 🙏🏼😩 #fyp #foryou #kyliejenner #surgery.”

Leary also wrote across the video, “shooting my shot ms kylie please can you share.”

“You have got what I am looking for to have done, in terms of like, a boob job,” Leary said. “It’s like the most perfect natural-looking boob job ever. They’re still big, but whatever way you had the implants — if they are implants or if you had fat transfer — to me, it is perfection.”

“That is what I aspire mine to look like … I don’t expect you to share who did the work … but in terms of what you actually had done, I feel like you’ve been quite open about having your boobs done,” Leary added.

In the comments section, Jenner replied with her exact order, writing, “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! Silicone!!!” She also shared that her doctor was Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Garth Fisher, who did her mom Kris Jenner’s first facelift in 2011. 

Villarroel and Jenner then noted on the podcast that Leary got a “free boob job” from Dr. Fisher following the viral TikTok.

On a 2023 episode of The Kardashians, Jenner revealed she had gotten her “breasts done” prior to welcoming her daughter, Stormi, now 8.

She said, per W Magazine, “I got my breasts done before Stormi, not thinking I would have a child when I was 20. Like, they were still healing.”

Jenner went on to express that she regretted undergoing the procedure at the time, adding, “I had beautiful breasts. Just gorgeous. Perfect size, perfect everything. And I just wish, obviously, I never got them done to begin with.”
