Meeting the now 70-year-olds again tugs at the existential heartstrings and some, such as cheeky dreamer Tony, have stayed close to their childhood selves, whereas the more mellow John worries about how he has been portrayed. It’s been 15 years since the GC introduced herself to the world on Towie. But this documentary series is the most personal look we’ve had – and it follows what Collins calls “the toughest year of my life”. From receiving hate mail to her mother’s illness, starting an IVF journey and her fiance’s addiction issues, it’s certainly a bumpy and emotional time. But there’s always some GC spirit to get by with. HR

It’s finals week in the kitchen and that means a few surprises. It’s off to Crufts for a slightly bizarre challenge: Michelin-starred chef Tom Shepherd has designed a doggy-style menu (including a bone-shaped dessert), which the finalists must cook.
