Seven months after revealing the name of its newest cruise ship, Disney has unveiled what’ll be waiting on board for guests to enjoy when it sets sail next year.
During an Oct. 7 livestream, Disney Cruise Line revealed the Disney Believe will make its maiden voyage on Dec. 18, 2027, from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. The vessel, the fourth in the company’s Wish class, will offer four- and five-night sailings to the Caribbean and The Bahamas, making stops at one or both of the company’s exclusive island destinations: Disney Castaway Cay and Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point.
To help theme the experiences on board, Disney turned to its most courageous characters who “believe in themselves, in their dreams, and in the promise and possibility of new horizons,” according to a press release.

Similar to the rest of the fleet, the Believe will bring Broadway-caliber entertainment to its Walt Disney Theatre stage. But this time, they’re creating an all-new show based on the 2021 animated movie Encanto. The screen to stage adaptation, created in collaboration with Disney Legend Lin-Manuel Miranda, will feature classic hits from the film like “We Don’t Talk About Bruno” and “Surface Pressure.”
Another hit show from the Disney Magic, Tangled: The Musical, will join the theatrical lineup on the Believe with a revamped set design and new special effects. A Wish class show called Disney Seas the Adventure rounds out the Broadway-style entertainment with beloved Disney and Pixar characters and memorable tunes.
Elsewhere, Gazelle, a mixed-use entertainment venue, takes inspiration from the Zootopia franchise. During the day, the site will house a variety of family-friendly activities like trivia, games and character meet and greets. But by night, the venue will transform with adult-exclusive offerings like silent discos and variety acts.

The ship will also get a new Frozen-inspired dinner show entitled Oaken’s Table: A Frozen Family Feast. It’ll feature reimagined renditions of popular Frozen songs with characters including Oaken, Anna and Kristoff.

For adult-focused venues, Sea Notes will transport guests into a piano lounge inspired by Ariel’s grotto in The Little Mermaid.
Another space, the Wishing Well, resembles an enchanting castle courtyard straight out of Disney Animation’s 1937 film Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Inside the ornate bar, a variety of activities and live musical performances will be held as guests sip on cocktails, mocktails, spirits and coffee.

Skygazer, an observatory-themed pub, will feature towering bookshelves, celestial maps and a variety of props and nods to classic Disney stories.
There will be two new cafes as well. Big Hero Sips takes inspiration from San Fransokyo in Big Hero 6 and Café Kakamora — named after the pirate coconut creatures in Moana — takes cues from her island home.

Inside the Believe‘s staterooms, new artwork will feature memorable moments from classic Disney stories like Moana, Coco and The Lion King. Concierge level rooms will be inspired by Peter Pan and Toy Story and include access to an exclusive concierge lounge based on the world of Alice in Wonderland.
There will also be four royal suites including the Royal Reef Suites based on The Little Mermaid and the Royal Rose Suites inspired by Beauty and the Beast.
Another premium accommodation, the Believe Tower Suite, will be exclusive to the Believe. The nearly 2,000-square-foot, two-story suite draws inspiration from Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom Park. Inside, each room will feature nods to the park’s different themed lands and a living room with firework- and balloon-inspired light fixtures.

The vessel will also offer a variety of venues and experiences already available on other Wish class ships including the AquaMouse water slide, the 1923 restaurant and the Haunted Mansion Parlor.
While fans will have to wait until next year for their own voyage, Disney says booking will open on Oct. 19.
