As the PEOPLE shopping team’s resident Pottery Barn expert, I know the brand’s outlet like the back of my hand.

My credentials? I scour Pottery Barn’s little-known outlet weekly to uncover the best furniture, bedding, and décor deals. This week, I’m honing in on budget-friendly décor finds that exude cozy fall vibes, so you can give your space a high-end seasonal refresh for less.

I narrowed down the nearly 3,500 outlet deals currently available to just 10 I recommend, and they’re all $60 or less thanks to discounts of up to 75 percent. Pro tip: Act fast because each of these markdowns is at serious risk of selling out.

Pottery Barn Linden Botanical Hurricane Candle Holder

$100 $60 at Pottery Barn

Taper candles, pillar candles, scented candles — they all instantly add a warm and cozy feel to your fall décor. A candle, with a holder, however, is even more magical. Pair this hurricane candle holder with a flameless pillar candle to display on your coffee table, mantle, or dining table and brighten up increasingly dark fall nights.

My mom has a similar setup that illuminates each night with these brass candle holders, but this handblown glass pick has gilded dried leaves embedded to bend and catch the light in even more eye-catching ways.

Pottery Barn Lit Ghosts Wreath

$90 $54 at Pottery Barn

Is your porch ready for trick-or-treaters? We found a scary-good deal on the finishing touch you might be missing. This boo-tiful wreath features 12 not-too-scary ghosts arranged around a circular wire base. Each ghost has its own LED light, so the details don’t disappear after dark but instead light the way to your door. The lights are battery operated, so there’s no need to have an outlet nearby.

Pottery Barn Aubrey Velvet Patchwork Quilted Sham

$90 $54 at Pottery Barn

Cozy cabin vibes don’t have to be reserved for homes atop a peak or deep within the woods. The same feeling can be achieved in the city or the suburbs with the right additions — like this quilt-inspired throw pillow sham. The velvet texture and green-and-beige color palette feel inherently fall, but can also easily transition into the holiday season.

The 100-percent cotton sham has plush, three-dimensional filled pockets like a real quilt. I imagine styling it as a throw pillow for your sofa or a show-stealing accent pillow for your bed.

Hurry to grab these fall accents while you still can. Then keep scrolling to shop more of my favorite Pottery Barn outlet finds for $60 or less.
