A recognizable Los Angeles home that once belonged to Kim Kardashian has officially returned to the market. 

The five-bedroom, five-bathroom Beverly Hills abode — which the SKIMS founder, 46, owned from 2010 to 2013 — is listed for $8.5 million. Jack Harris and Michael Fahimian of The Beverly Hills Estates currently hold the listing.

While the interiors have since been renovated, fans of Keeping Up with the Kardashians may recognize the home’s Spanish-style exterior and famous checkerboard grass driveway, which made numerous appearances on the E! Network reality series from 2007 to 2021.

The home is also where former NBA player Kris Humphries popped the question in Kardashian’s bedroom in 2011, as documented in season 6, episode 13 of KUWTK. While the pair tied the knot in a lavish ceremony at a private estate that same year, they later split following 72 days of marriage.

Kardashian and Humphries, 41, finalized their divorce in 2013, the same year she put the 4,027-square-foot property on the market to move in with her third ex-husband, Kanye West. The reality star and the rapper, 49, married in 2014 and later divorced in 2022. 

Kardashian’s former abode was previously listed for $5.7 million in 2020, and again for $5 million in 2024, PEOPLE reported at the time.

Looking inside the home, a two-story foyer leads into the living and dining rooms, which are both equipped with fireplaces and French doors offering direct access to the outdoor areas. 

The kitchen directly overlooks the property’s surrounding greenery and also features access to the backyard. There’s an expansive center island with a built-in stove and barstool seating in the space, as well as a double-sided fireplace.

In the primary bedroom, a “fireside sitting area” creates a cozy atmosphere, while the en-suite bathroom boasts a large soaking tub and Italian tiles, per the listing. It’s also equipped with two spacious walk-in closets. 

Along with the private theater, additional impressive amenities offered on the property include a “covered fireplace lounge” and “elevated sun terrace.” Outside, a pool, outdoor kitchen and fountain can be found, along with a cabana equipped with a bathroom and television.
