Fetty Wap is a married man.

The 35-year-old rapper, born Willie Maxwell II, and model Alexis Skyy, announced in an Instagram post shared on Saturday, Nov. 7, that they had wed in a luxe ceremony.

“Mr. And Mrs. Maxwell 💍,” Alexis captioned her post, alongside photos of herself and the rapper both dressed in white wedding attire.

The pair held their ceremony in a castle-like New Jersey venue on Thursday, Nov. 5, with nearly 100 people in attendance, The Shade Room reported.

Photos shared by Alexis and the couple’s wedding photographer Stanley Babb showed the bride wearing a white satin ballgown adorned with lace and sheer sleeves, as well as Jimmy Choo heels and a long, trailing veil.

The “Trap Queen” rapper opted for an all-white satin suit, featuring a long coat and matching white shoes. Other shots also showed Alexis surrounded by her bridesmaids, all wearing pink satin gowns, as she got her soft glam makeup look done.

The pair also showed off Alexis’ engagement ring, which featured a square-cut diamond set into a silver band.

Alexis announced the couple’s engagement in an Instagram post on July 20.

“I said yes,” she captioned a post that featured photos and videos of the romantic night, including a snap of the bride proudly showing off her ring in front of a sign — surrounded by a pink, heart-shaped flower display — that read, “Will you marry me?” 

The post continues with a snap of her and Fetty Wap kissing in front of the display. For the special occasion, Fetty wore a white shirt, white pants as well as a tan, green and red hat. Meanwhile, Alexis opted for a long black body-con dress with black heels.

The rapper’s wedding follows the release of his fourth studio album Zavier in March, as well as his release from prison after three years.

The “679” rapper pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute and possess controlled substances in August 2022 and was sentenced to six years in prison in May 2023.

Speaking with Rolling Stone after his release in January, the musician — who has now embarked on his Nostalgia Tour across the U.S. until December — discussed his outlook on life after serving about four years behind bars. 

“I could say that whatever I lost when I went in, it was meant to be lost, and when I came out, I left it there. You know what I’m saying? I just feel different,” the New Jersey native told the publication.

“I feel new. I feel rehabilitated, in a sense. I just have this clear mindset where it’s like nothing’s really that important,” he added.
