To help my money stretch a little further this season, I’m shopping deals on Ugg slippers, autumnal office styles, fall-ready bedding, and more markdowns at Rothy’s, Pottery Barn, Anthropologie, Amazon, and more — prices start at just $8 and discounts up to 80 percent off.

$89 $42 at Pottery Barn

Labor Day weekend marked summer’s last hurrah, meaning it’s time to transform your home into a cozy oasis for fall. With a 53 percent discount, I’m kick-starting my decorating with this cotton blend throw blanket in an interior designer-recommended warm tone and subtle print.

What’s more? A pumpkin pie candle that doubles as décor and a vintage-inspired reversible quilt to keep you warm as nightly temps cool are also among Pottery Barn’s lingering Labor Day deals worth grabbing.

Nordstrom

Lands End CashTouch Drop Shoulder Mock Neck Sweater

$90 $67 at Nordstrom

Goodbye summer, hello end-of-season savings! Breezy dresses and sandals aren’t the only styles included in the sale. We found sweaters, shoes, and denim alternatives worthy of a spot in your fall wardrobe with discounts up to 75 percent off. A prime example? This goes-with-everything Lands End mock neck sweater that’s on sale in three colors (and still in stock in every size!).

I’m also eyeing this pair of Dolce Vita Ballet Sneakers, the comfy hybrid between a sneaker and ballet flat that’s taking over celebrities’ closets, while they’re $56 off, and these now-$20 Next Velvet Wide-Leg Pants with plenty of polish despite their pajama-level comfort.

Amazon

Bedsure King Comforter Set

$70 $28 at Amazon

Whether I’m searching for household essentials or wardrobe staples, Amazon’s deals hub never fails to serve up must-have finds. This weekend I started browsing for fresh bedding to keep me warm as nights cool down and stumbled upon this Bedsure Comforter Set for 60 percent off. It’s the ideal weight for fall evenings and can also be paired with a duvet insert for extra coziness come winter.

My search for bedding also uncovered two more cart-worthy deals: a $20 quarter-zip pullover that looks so similar to my Lululemon Scuba and a mascara to replace my dried-out tube for just $8.

Spanx

Spanx Ponte Sleeveless Midi Dress

$168 $99 at Spanx

Despite what you might think, you can buy workwear at Spanx, not just shapewear and overnight flight attire — although many of these office-appropriate staples combine the comfort and snatching qualities of both. This dress is a prime example, with four-way stretch fabric and a curve-hugging silhouette that pairs with a blazer for a professional look and then transitions seamlessly to happy hour.

Prefer pants? This stretchy, wide-leg style won’t dig in at your desk, while this patch pocket pair, with a 62 percent markdown, will be your go-to for casual Fridays and trips to the pumpkin patch.

$80 $42 at Talbots.com

One of the few things better than a good sale is, you guessed it, a sale-on-sale. Talbots is currently offering an extra 30 percent off already discounted pieces, plus a stackable buy one, get one 50 percent off promotion, meaning you can score savings of more than 65 percent off any sale item.

Some of our favorite sale finds include an effortlessly chic striped blouse with an eye-catching tie detail, a dreamy cardigan from Talbot’s sister brand ideal for warding off office chills, and sweater pants you won’t want to take off as soon as temperatures drop.

Anthropologie

Anthropologie Fall Icon Cloche Pumpkin Sweet Vanilla Glass Candle

$34 $24 at Anthropologie

I’m a firm believer that small décor swaps can make a big difference, and Anthropologie’s sale section has plenty of fun finds for less that benefit from an extra 50 percent off this weekend. If coffee isn’t your thing but you still want your pumpkin-spice fix, this adorable scented candle blends pumpkin and sweet vanilla with hints of cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar.

Already itching to bring out the Halloween décor? These bewitching juice glasses are $8 apiece for a limited time. And to switch things up, why not give an overlooked spot a fun update with these metal light switch plates?

Rothy’s

$155 $109 at Rothys.com

Supportive non-sneaker shoes exist, if you know where to look. For a fall footwear refresh, you can’t go wrong with podiatrist-approved Rothy’s ballet flats, loafers, and mules, lauded for their surprising arch support and all-day comfort. The brand’s “final few” hub is the best place to score your own pair for less.

The Mary Jane flats on my wish list are among the markdowns hiding in the little-known sale section, along with merino wool-knit clogs similar to the style we recently spotted on Aubrey Plaza and slip-in mules primed for fall office days.

Rue La La

Ugg Tasman Suede Slipper

$130 $106 at Ruelala.com

Speaking of shoes, there is no shortage of coveted brands on sale at Rue La La this weekend. Discounts on Ugg slippers, Birkenstock clogs, and On sneakers just dropped, meaning you’ll have the first pick of popular styles before they sell out.

I’m planning ahead and grabbing these rarely discounted Ugg Tasman Slippers that continuously sold out last fall and winter, while I still can.

Banana Republic

Banana Republic Mid-Rise Palazzo Jean

$140 $50 at Banana Republic

In a getting-ready rut? Banana Republic has more than 900 discounted pieces on sale to help you spice up your wardrobe, and despite what the brand’s sale section landing page suggests — the discounts go much deeper than 40 percent. Exhibit A: These stretchy, wool-blend flare pants with a staggering 80 percent discount.

Plus, a now-64-percent-off pair of jeans that mimics the silhouette of tailored palazzo pants for a, dare we say, breezy take on denim, and a can’t-go-wrong cashmere sweater with a $65 discount.
