Tilbury’s “secret to 28-hour exaggerated volume and curl”? This mascara. According to the founder, it contains “lash-plumping polymers that coat every single lash, plus vinyl-black pigments, which create the optical illusion of bigger, brighter eyes.” As someone who previously only used waterproof mascaras, I appreciate its flake- and sweat-proof formula — which also makes it a go-to for the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.

“To apply, hold the brush wand horizontally and press the inner-curved side into the root of the lashes and pull upwards. Then, use the outer-curved side and wiggle the bristles from side to side, base to tip, to separate, lift and define. Charlotte Tilbury Magic Vanish Color Corrector

To disguise my dark under eye circles, I rely on this color corrector. It’s similar in texture to a lightweight concealer and can be applied with your fingertips or a brush. I dab it under my eyes after my foundation, then let it dry down before applying my concealer. The final effect is a brighter, more awake-looking complexion.
