Adriana Lima’s biggest motivators are right at home.
The 45-year-old supermodel returned to the runway for the 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in Los Angeles on Sunday, Oct. 18 and spoke with Entertainment Tonight backstage about how her kids participated in her prep work.
“They are the biggest supporters,” said Lima, who is mom to daughters Valentina, 16, and Sienna, 14, and son Cyan, 4. “If I go to the gym, they go to the gym with me. They watch what I eat. They’re like, ‘Mom you’re not supposed to eat that.’ I’m like, ‘It’s okay, just one time.’ ”
With her two eldest children — whom Lima shares with ex-husband Marko Jarić — in their teen years, Lima revealed that they are getting closer to following in her footsteps.

“Two of my girls want to be models,” she said, adding that with Valentina turning 17 in November, she anticipates cheering her on from the front row.
“Soon I’m going to be the one watching her on the runway,” Lima shared, noting that sharing a mother-daughter moment on the catwalk would be a “dream” — “hopefully it’s a dream for my daughter,” she added with a laugh.
During Sunday’s show, Lima rocked an all-white lingerie look with giant angel bejeweled angel wings as well as a neon green lace bodysuit with wings made to look like blossoming flowers.
She made her debut in the iconic event in 1999 and retired her Angel title in 2018. She then made a grand comeback in 2024, two years after she gave birth to her youngest.

“Some of these models have been my fellow angels and partners for a while,” she said at the time. “It’s good to see them. A lot of them are moms now like I am. We have a lot of things to talk about. I’m sure that everyone at home and all the Victoria’s Secret fans will be pleased and amazed with what they’re going to see.”
When speaking with PEOPLE in 2023 about Victoria’s Secret The Icon collection campaign, Lima said she’s “still persisting” as a model to inspire other women as well as her daughters.
She also opened up about the ways she’s taught them the beauty of getting older and choosing what sparks their joy over everything else.
“It’s important for me that number one, that whatever they do, they’ll be happy with their choices,” Lima said. “If they figure out they’re not happy that they can change. Number two is that they embrace themselves and that they’re not afraid to grow up or become older. Every stage of life there are different perks, experiences and things that you’ll learn.”
