Kings of Leon are keeping things loose with their latest single, KOYSAR, another taste of their forthcoming tenth studio album, O My Beloved, out 6 November.

Short for Kick Off Your Shoes and Run, the track finds the Followill clan looking back on their childhood while reflecting on family life and growing older. It’s a laid-back affair, with the band swapping their stadium-sized riffs for something more relaxed and personal.

The accompanying video keeps things equally simple, following the band and their families enjoying a day at the fair. KOYSAR follows earlier singles My Whole World and Cold Blue Dawn, with the new album marking the first time Kings of Leon have produced an entire record themselves.

Australian fans won’t have long to wait to hear the new material live. The Nashville rockers return in early 2027 for three east coast shows, joined by special guests Ocean Alley.

Sydney gets the first show at Centennial Park on 28 February, followed by Brisbane Showgrounds on 3 March and Melbourne’s Flemington Racecourse on 5 March.

With a new album just around the corner and their Australian return approaching, Kings of Leon have plenty happening before the year is out.
