It wasn’t until I noticed Julia Roberts wearing a pair of dark wash, wide-leg jeans that I realized I own that same silhouette in almost every denim wash except dark blue. So obviously, it’s time to go shopping. 

The Pretty Woman actress was spotted out in Los Angeles donning the fall denim trend: wide-leg jeans. Roberts opted for a dark wash pair styled with a dressy blouse and blazer, lug-sole loafers, oversized sunglasses, and a shoulder bag. 

A helpful hand in fall outfit planning, dark wash jeans are super versatile and can be worn both casually with sneakers or dressed up with heels or boots. Martha Stewart and Naomi Watts have already hopped on the wide-leg jeans trend, as well as Mariska Hargitay, who recently stepped out in a light blue pair.
