There’s glitter on the floor after the party, girls carrying their shoes down in the lobby … and the NDAs expired at midnight!

Following Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding July 3 in N.Y.C., details of which were kept under strict lock and key for months, some of the estimated 1,000 celebrities and other guests in attendance have shared a glimpse at what went on inside Madison Square Garden Friday night.

There were tears! There was laughter! Their vows were read from “little books!” People were still crying, dancing and desperate for a nap the next day! And the word “intimate” was used frequently, despite the sheer volume of guests in the arena.

In the weeks since, a few more details have leaked out about the top-secret affair (though, tragically, no wedding photos yet). A few guests have been willing to spill on what they ate, what the groom wore and the potential hazards of attending such a massive wedding with no phones.

See what stars including Brad Pitt, Jason Kelce, Kelsea Ballerini, Mariska Hargitay, and Niecy Nash-Betts have revealed about the wedding, as well as what other attendees including Travis’ mom Donna, Taylor’s Aunt Robin, AMC CEO Adam Aron and more have divulged about the decor, music and more.

“It was a fun offseason, man,” Kelce said. “Wedding was the best night of my life, and I appreciate everybody who came out and celebrated and had fun with us.” — to reporters at training camp.

“Oh yeah! I had the full gamut, man. It was the best night of my life. Marrying Taylor was, you know, more than I could have every dreamed it to be because of all the people that showed up and the amount of love that was in the air. It’s been unbelievable,” —confirming he wore a white top hat during an interview with ESPN’s Chris Berman.

“It was a special event for our entire family, and obviously my daughters [who were flower girls] are incredible. They’re beautiful, they’re incredible personalities. And Travis and Taylor love them. So, very happy we were able to be a part of it. And more importantly, very happy for those two. It was an amazing day.” —reportedly, to representatives at the American Century Championship golf tournament

“So many awesome people, obviously, all walks of life. The football world, celebrity world, singers from Nashville, actors, actresses, people that we grew up with in Cleveland Heights, a melting pot of individuals. And the ceremony was gorgeous. They did such an incredible job Adam Sandler officiated it in a very Adam Sandler, beautiful way. From then on it was a party. It was so good seeing everybody out there, all the people that sang, all the people dancing, the games. It was a very fun evening.”— on ESPN’s Monday Night Countdown.

“I would like to say congratulations to Tay and Trav, it was magical. I’m so happy for them, [and I] love them so, so dearly. It was only making it official because Taylor’s been family now for quite some time, so that’s that. Anything else you can check in with Taylor and Travis about because any of the details they want to share, they can share,” she continued. “Otherwise, it was intimate and incredible and full of love — both for each other and everybody else’s love for them.” – on a July 23 episode of her podcast Not Gonna Lie.

“[Jason] cried at his brother’s wedding for many reasons. It was touching. It was very loving to see all of the things that were happening, but take this into consideration — because no one’s thinking about this — think about getting to watch your four daughters be flower girls. Okay? That’s all the information you get.” — explaining what made Jason so emotional at the wedding on the Aug. 6 episode of Not Gonna Lie.

“It was top-notch. Hats off to Taylor and Trav. The dance floor, that’s the one thing, it was popping. It was popping. … We’re sitting there, it was the most amount of black cars I’ve ever seen going into Madison Square Garden. It was five blocks of black cars in a row.” —on The Other Football

“I did [participate in the raffle]. I was trying to win something for my girl, Camille. I participated because, what was really cool was that you had to play the games in order to get the raffle tickets. You had to earn the raffle tickets and that’s why I appreciate it. It wasn’t no hand-me-outs, you had to earn the raffle tickets, and that’s what made it so much fun.” —confirming to PEOPLE there were raffles.

“Shout out Spags and Spags’s wife. Saw them at the Kelce-Swift wedding. We must have talked for about 45 minutes. We were eating on something. There was a station that had Taylor’s homemade Pop-Tarts. I think we were eating a Pop-Tart, talking about cover-3 defense.” — in a Fox Sports video where he recalled chatting with Chiefs defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo at the wedding. (Travis commented, “Pop tarts and talking ball!! 😂😂😂” on Instagram).

I have to say, I am blown away, because when there’s a wedding with that many guests, you think, like, ‘Oh, okay, it’s gonna be that.’ And it just wasn’t. I even say that the vows were my favorite part of the whole wedding. It was that magical.” — on Jimmy Kimmel Live!

“When gay weddings started, I remember everyone going: ‘Oh, what will a gay wedding be like? What would that be like?’ Yeah, it’s like a wedding, you know? So that was the most interesting thing about the Taylor Swift thing.”

“Being in the car, the big black car, and New York is all shut down, and you’re heading toward Madison Square Garden, that was the kind of big, exciting [thing]. That was like, ‘Oh, my God. Oh, my God. What’s it gonna be like?’ And then you went through these big curtains and the cars there, and you get out of the car. The minute you got out of the car, you were at a wedding.”

“It was like any wedding. You saw things, you know, ‘Oh, that’s a lovely touch,’ and then you saw things, like, ‘Oh, I wouldn’t have done that.’ It was somebody’s wedding. It was a lovely, lovely wedding.” — on The Chris Evans Breakfast Show on Virgin Radio UK.

It’s such an important time in their lives. To be able to witness that very special moment, it’s beautiful. … It all surprised me, because of course, no one knew anything. I guess people had — there were leaks here and there where people were guessing, but no one knew for sure where we were going until much closer to the time.” — to PEOPLE

“It was awesome. I mean, I think you’ve read everything that there is to be said about it. … I think my favorite moment was just that they created a place that they could have the normalcy that they deserve. And it just happened to be at Madison Square Garden with security making sure everybody was safe and good and they could just have a night for themselves. One thing nobody’s talking about is what a gesture it was to those people that they invited and to welcome us and to provide such an incredible night and then to provide such incredible generous donations to charities in New York and Kansas City and everywhere else.” – to PEOPLE

“The one thing that was extremely evident the entire night, throughout the vows, was those two humans really love each other. Those are two people who are insanely talented, insanely successful, extremely well off, and they had found their person. Trav had been looking for one thing his whole life. [Taylor] had been looking for one thing her whole life, and they actually got that. The happiness, man, between those two that they shared that night was truly, truly a blessing to witness and be a part of. So I wish them nothing but the best.” – on the Pivot Podcast

“Adam Sandler conducted the service there and he told [them], ‘Keep kissing.’ In its simplest form. That’s a good thing. It’s hard to argue when you give your wife a kiss or your wife gives you a kiss… And make sure you do it every day, every minute that you have an opportunity to. Knock it out, and you won’t have any problems.

In a simple, hysterical way, he was phenomenal. He’s crazy, but he did a great job in getting them married with a lot of humor. But, that part there I thought, pretty good advice, in its simplest form.” —at a Salt Lake City event

“The wedding was spectacular. I know how weddings go, it’s normally not the groom doing the planning. So I give Taylor a lot of credit for putting together just a beautiful venue and wedding and so on. Well planned out. Adam Sandler did the ceremony there and he mentioned, ‘Kiss her every chance you have.’ In its own simple way, that’s a pretty good message. Kiss her before bed, kiss her before you go to work. It’s hard to argue when you’re kissing somebody. He even mentioned, if you have a small argument, finish it with a kiss and make sure that you work it out.” —to KSL News

“Having been in Taylor Swift‘s orbit since AMC first took her Eras Tour movie to theaters globally in 2023, and with AMC’s headquarters ironically located in Kansas City home to the Chiefs, I saw early on that true romance was at hand.

Immediately upon entry, everything… floors, walls, ceilings… was draped in peach and white. Large blown up pictures of Taylor and Travis at each age, year by year from one year-old to late teenager-hood, were on display.

Somehow magically, someone created an outdoor garden at a lush countryside retreat. Everything draped off this time in green and white. Real flowers and I think artificial trees welcomed fifteen rows of maybe 75 or so chairs. They say there were around one thousand attendees, but surprisingly, it all felt intimate and small. Everything was close.

[The vows were] long, entertaining, personal, charming, emotional, irreverent and endearing explorations by each as to how they met, why they want to be with each other for all eternity, the promises they made in joining their much-beloved two whole families as one, and committing to their new mutual life together.”
